Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. They truly showed their love for my furbaby, as well as others who came there for their care and expertise. Dr. Mayfield was very patient and kind, and actually took the time to sit and listen to all concerns I had, as well as being very informative in the care that he would be giving my furbaby. He treated her like she was his own. I truly appreciate the compassion that everyone showed which greatly alleviated a lot of stress that I had.

Over the weekend my girl Cookie had a health event. It was Sunday and AMC was open for emergencies. They were kind, attentive and helpful. Cookie stayed at the hospital overnight but the prognosis for recovery was not good. After talking at length with Dr. Morris I made the hard decision to let Cookie go. The process was sweet, dignified and I was able to hold her in my arms as she drifted away. Dr. Morris and the entire staff including Dr. Hennessey who handled the emergency was amazing. These are not happy times but the way AMC made me feel was helpful as I navigated a hard decision. I will always hold them in high regard and highly recommend their emergency services.

Rude rude rude! Unprofessional. Argumentative. Over priced. Don't want to honor price match. Dismissive of true concerns. Talk at you instead of to you. Willing to create a hostile environment and then call and ask for extra help at front desk or in her words "be on standby". Sounded rehearsed and I'm sure I wasn't the first person theyve treated in this manner. Unsatisfied and disappointed is the only service I got from them. Won't be returning.

I thought my puppy had eaten poison as soon i told them that they jumped in to action.I appreciate how they new it was serious and could have been life or death for my puppy.Thank you all! He's doing great now and I really believe it was because of them.
